If you would like to apply for a Wholesale COD Account, please download a copy of the account application to the right and fill out the form with your business information. You can return the form to us in person, by fax (905-263-4431) the mail or if you have the ability to scan your completed copy, you can e-mail it to our Admin staff.
We use the information on the form to validate your eligibility as a wholesaler and to setup new accounts in our computer system. To help protect the professional landscape trade, we verify each new wholesale customer and all information provided must be accurate and complete. Missing information may result in a delay in your eligibility to make purchases.
Once we have verified your account information we will contact you to confirm your eligibility for a wholesale account with Kobes Nurseries.
